Eucalyptus is native to Australia and used for healing muscle pain, when applied to the skin it creates a cooling and refreshing effect that can help ease headaches, insect bites and stings.
In a burner eucalyptus oil is a stimulant which helps to remove exhaustion and mental sluggishness and rejuvenates the spirits ideal for burning while studying and helps concentration.
To ease the discomfort of colds and flu, or for fatigue, physical exhaustion, and muscular aches and pains use 2-3 drops in a diffuser or blend in a carrier oil and massage into the skin.
Hint: Blend eucalyptus essential oil with lavender essential oil in ½ cup vinegar for a basic bathroom cleaner that will both disinfect and smell sensational.
Add 4-6 drops of oil to an oil burner or diffuser to enhance your mood.
May be added to water for a relaxing bath and help sore tired muscles.
