Frankincense Essential Oil smells sweeter, cleaner and fresher than the resin, emotionally frankincense is grounding, calming and relaxing without being sedating.

Hint:  A few drops of this oil in a diffuser will help you to stay grounded and focused.  Helps reduce stress reactions and negative emotions, I recommend burning frankincense which has a woody earthy undertone with the floral scented aromas of ylang ylang.

Directions:

Add 4-6 drops of oil to an oil burner or diffuser to enhance your mood.

May be added to water for a relaxing bath and tonic.
